What Information We Gather/Track
DMTC collects personal information that can be divided into the following categories:
Membership Details: We require the above information to process your application, post out related material and keep you informed of club activities. The information is held on computer and is protected against unauthorised access or disclosure. We will not pass your address or your other personal details to 3rd parties.
Entry Forms: We collect information relevant to the proper management of each event. We collect postal and/and or email details so that we may invite you to participate in future DMTC activities and to send you communication, including informative emails/newsletters about forthcoming events, new developments, and member services. This communication is to provide you special offers that may be of interest to you, and may include paid advertisements from third parties.
Log Files
We do keep track of the domains from which you visit us on the World Wide Web, and log IP addresses for statistical purposes. We do this to gather broad demographic information for aggregate use to identify and analyse trends and the results of our marketing efforts, and to administer the Site, and track users' movements. IP addresses are not linked to Personally Identifiable Information.
